Shortcuts
Directions from Salzburg, Linz, Munich, Klagenfurt, Italy or Slovenia:
A10 Tauernautobahn in the direction of Villach, exit at the St. Michael im Lungau toll station, in the direction of St. Michael town centre, take the 2nd exit at the roundabout, turn left in the direction of Tamsweg onto the Katschberg Bundesstraße/B99, after approx. 2 km turn left before Pilze Import/Export Schwaiger or before the Hutter sawmill.
Alternative: A10 to exit Ennstal and toll-free on the B99 via Radstadt and Obertauern to Tweng-Mauterndorf, through Mauterndorf, in the direction of St. Michael along the Katschberg main road/B99, after the Hutter sawmill on the right.
Directions from Vienna or Graz:
Follow the main road towards Murau – Ramingstein – Tamsweg and St. Michael im Lungau – at the junction to Katschberg/St. Michael – 500 metres on the Katschberg main road/B99 turn right (after the Hutter sawmill)
Our guesthouse is only about 3 km away from the A10 Tauernautobahn (exit 104) St. Michael im Lungau.
Attention: Vignettes and toll must be paid.

From Vienna, Graz, Klagenfurt to the train station in Unzmarkt and further with the Murtalbahn to Tamsweg and from there with the Postbus to St. Michael. A pick-up service from Tamsweg is available on request.
From the south to the station Spittal-Millstättersee and then by post bus to St. Michael im Lungau. A pick-up service from Spittal an der Drau is available on request.
From the north (Salzburg, Munich etc.) to the train station in Bischofshofen or Radstadt and from there by post bus via Obertauern to Mauterndorf (change) and on to St. Michael im Lungau. A pick-up service from Radstadt and Mauterndorf is available on request.
